Looks perfectly mediocre to me

I'll say it again, I would much rather see One Waterfront Place, over by the Broadway Bridge, get built than either this or Madison. Unfortunately, I get the feeling that OWP has joined the ranks of Jumptown, the Delano, and the Oak...
I also wholeheartedly agree with Mark that this area of dt needs an infusion of ground level activity. But, as with the Lloyd District, I don't want to settle for
anything over quality. Not that I have any choice.
