SA - Rialto Village

This is a mixed-use development, with 110,000 square feet of retail, planned for 10 and Ralph Fair Road 20 miles northwest of downtown San Antonio. The heighest housing structure towards the back is 4 stories.

Nice development! The tower will really stand out from I-10 and serve as a beacon for the project. The location is nearly halfway between Boerne and Loop 1604. Boerne seems to be in the eventual bullseye of SA's expanding commercial growth.

It looks like nothing more than a mixed use apartment complex. So much impervious cover and it doesn't integrate with the streets near it. Blah!

Finally San Antonio gets its own copy of the Campanile! Every city has one, you know.

Any news on this project? The land was clear cut and leveled a while back but no action since. Surely they wont bail after already tearing up the land?

Get to it !

Anyone know if this project is underway? Their website calls for a mid-2009 opening.
