PARAMOUNT BAY
PUERTO VALLARTA

Paramount Bay
Built not only on fast-growing Amapas, but also on a solid reputation of developments that include La Cima, Horizon and Avalon, Paramount Bay comes with the same quality at even more accessible prices. Architect Octavio Lopez Reynoso improves plans for bathrooms and kitchens, key points in market homes. For many, the bathroom and shower area integrated into the master bedroom will be a prime focus, with an amazing protected view. In this three-tower development, affordable luxury is raised to a new level, with spectacular terraces offering sweeping views of the ocean, the town and the surrounding jungle.

The three towers feature nine floors with three two-bedroom, two-bath residences on each floor, two of which offer a wraparound terrace and balcony. The penthouses on the top floors are two levels high with a three-bedroom, three-bath combination. An enormous 200-foot infinity pool lavishes the lower terrace and pergola sundecks with views of the bay, fountains and lush tropical gardens accenting the stylish entry lobby. Covered deeded parking has 24-hour security, while other services include a laundry center and individually metered gas and electric.

The Enclave
PUERTO VALLARTA (Amapas)

The Enclave
Conceived by award-winning architect Michael Graves & Associates, The Enclave´s design is fresh and contemporary, while integrating Mexican craftsmanship, materials, and elements that respect the local context. Consisting of 60 condominiums starting at 261 square meters up to 318, two and three bedrooms plus den, with 2.5 and 3.5 bathrooms respectively. The design of The Enclave has been shaped by its setting: a natural promontory offering some of the most spectacular ocean views anywhere in the hemisphere. The Enclave will have three swimming pools; an infinity style with 180° view of the bay, a two-lane lap pool and a jungle pool. The landscape will be of indigenous flora and will include hiking trails and a bird watching tower. Two sets of finishing options will be offered, including hardwood floors for some areas. Amenities: equipped kitchen, zoned A/C, 12-seat theater, deeded underground parking and storage, wine storage, elevator from parking level direct to condominium, state-of-the-art gym facility, pet friendly, concierge service and 24 hour security.

saludos
