Kerkythea.............???

I need Help with Kerkythea..!
I've had Kerkythea for like months now and still dont know how to use it
I downloaded the exporter put it in its plugin folder

(C:\Program Files\Google\Google SketchUp 6\Plugins.)
So i did and nothing happen SKUP is the same

So I downloaded a Tutorial page and....
The tutorial says to click on "Plugins" next to "Help" on the top Menu

I took a ScreenShot
it goes from
File Edit View Camera Draw Tools Window then to Help wheres the PLUGIN button???


Is it not supposed to be their??
Do I need SKUP 6 pro???

Sorry to start a thread on this but Im really getting MAD
so can someone help ??
Im so close!!!
So if anybody knows share your knowledge and educate me.......

You did something wrong when pasting the files. They should be pasted in the 'Exporters' folder, not 'Plugins'.

When you do it right, there will be a 'Plugins' tab on the top bar in SketchUp.

Try "tools"... I believe that's where my ended up...


I can't get the damn thing to work right once exported ( reminds me of my days with 3D Studio Max )... half the textures are missing and the lighting is imposible..

Read the manual you say... way too much work - all I want is something fun and relaxing ( why I started with SU to beging with - so I stopped trying

Really though, Kerkythea might make some good renders, but its a total pain, I was really close to throwing the computer out the window.

if you have already tried doing it you will have to delete what you did first

but just copy what fox just displayed iinto the 'unzip to ' box

i just made like 15 screenshots to help someone else out

Well, it has some online guides ( PDF ) in it's forum... one is specificly about SU6 and Kerkyderky

when you first unzipped the file - did you just click 'ok'

if so it means it went into 'temporary internet files'

you have to erase that before you try again

erase by clearing your temporary internet files
