Interesting Facts/Records (in own words): This commercial and multi use building complex would replace the old and first beer factory in middle SP City near Av. Paulista. The old factory was demolished while too many traffic problems from trucks and industry difficulties were not more in accordance with the city tidy development in this area. The empty Ground floor remained for years until this project was tought to the area, but instead of building this skyscraper complex of offices, two smaller residential buildings were in this area developed and constructed.

Interesting Facts/Records (in own words): Those Residential blocks building complex replaced the old and first beer factory in middle SP City near Av. Paulista. The old factory was demolished while too many traffic problems from trucks and industry difficulties were not more in accordance with the city tidy development in this area. The empty Ground floor remained for years until a project of Multi-Use Commercial, Hotel, Office & shopping Mall was tought to the area, however not built was replace for those two smaller Residential Use, residential buildings were in this area developed and constructed.

Interesting Facts/Records (in own words): Those Residential / Offices blocks building complex replaced an old Chocolate Factory equally made to Projeto Brahma, replacing a great Ground basement of old food factory to Residential building complex. The same Brascan constructor incorporated both areas. The 3 bldgs share the same ground floor with shops, restaurants, library, Spa, Gym room and 6 cinema rooms. Also a small park & garden with water fountaine & river resemblance is here included, connecting all 3 towers. 2 towers have common atrium and public space, like elevators use. The third tower is independent.
