Question Waterfront downtown Calgary

Did anyone get a chance to buy one of the Anthem Waterfront units sold on saturday?

Tower 2 I heard maybe released near end of Oct /nov and wonder if they will be a good buy as they seem expensive at 650/sq ft. for tower one

Does anyone have any opinions asto whether they will be a good buy or not?

also what would a 740 sq ft unit in the 222 waterfront rent for per month anyways?

thanks for your input

Waterfront would definitely be a good buy. I would have bought a unit, but i don't make $200 000/yr. lol

Sounds like you bought on Saturday.

So what will you plan on renting the unit for? I have no clue what you could get from it in 2 years from now when it is ready.
