LOVE this building. I wish Hines would build something like that in Denver! Our last proposal died, but it was half as attractive and not as tall. If anything, I hope they bring it back.

regardless, main place looks pretty damn sweet.
man, fuck, when i saw it in early december i thought they were rennovating it. oh well...i do like the replacement, but why not build on some ofhte fuckin' surface lots nearby?
