Here are some pics i took of the site. They have made some real progress. All the structures are gone. Its amazing, now we are getting to the good stuff, foundation work and then we all know what that leads to. CRANE...

Yeah, I think it is pretty safe to say, that MainPlace is under construction now. I doubt it gets delayed at all and site work will happen soon.

LOVE this building. I wish Hines would build something like that in Denver! Our last proposal died, but it was half as attractive and not as tall. If anything, I hope they bring it back.

Hey, that Denver proposal was indeed attractive! It brings back memories of the canceled AIM Tower that would've gone up in Greenway Plaza.

Yes, and it was the same architect as well. Just a modification of the design that was pitched for the Houston project essentially.
