FYI - website now disabled

I was just on their website about 3 or 4 week's ago and it's now disabled...

Did anybody have a chance to attend the meeting?

It appears that Phase II is now Phase I. In other words, they intend to move ahead with the second part of the original proposal first, with a proposed change that they be permitted to incorporate a hotel with the residences which makes more sense in this housing climate. Also, they are asking for an extension of the permit which expires sometime in March or April. There were no renderings, but there were site plans passed around that appeared to please those who saw them.

Ricci - thanks for the update. Sounds like a smart idea on the developers part to test the climate in small increments. I can't see anyone would object to a hotel component, considering there was one onsite previously. Maybe the Intercontinental might want to get involved with Grasso's project in limbo...

AFAIK it's been deeeeeeeeeeeeeelayed. IIRC the developers are floating turning part of it into a hotel.
