Are those four towers really going to be 265 m ?
They're not in the SSP diagram.

Its all blocked out and planned, looks so un-natural. U see this allot in countries where the government makes all the decisions for the people and there is no free creative thought.

As "planned" as it looks, I'd take this any day over the god awful and equally "un-natural" sprawl we build here in the United States.

Aha

If I am not mistaken, this project is being constructed on the artificial island created to build the new Incheon international airport, which opened some years ago. I flew into that airport soon after opening and you had to drive across a lot of empty, new, unused land to get anywhere. Now there will be something on that land.

As for the "planned, unnatural" look - what do you expect when you start with several square kilometers of completely empty, flat land?

No,Incheon International Airport is merely done 1 stage for Construction.
Today, Incheon International Airport is operating 2 stage Construction For Airport Flight's Freight.

The mid-rise slabs are ugly.
The four towers are too far away from each other.
It's hard to tell if it's going to turn out well.

Ok, but this project is also on reclaimed land, right? That's what it looks like.

Well once you've seen a few thousand of those in Korea, a few dozen more doesn't bother you.

Any project actually built in Korea that has actual tall buildings designed by an actual architect is an improvement over the status quo.

Nice! It seems like Incheon will be to Seoul what Yokohama is to Tokyo due to the close proximity relationship of two cities. The airport will definitely be a big economic boost for Incheon. My aunt who flew into the airport absolutely loves the design. Are those 4 towers mix use, office or residential?

Yes, it is. Below is a lame map- if you look at the 'Songdo' portion on google-earth south of Incheon, the trapezoidal park shown in the construction photos is clear- all reclaimed land.
