Lukas Oil Stadium, Indianapolis

there is no thread for your cities stadium, and i cant find any pics of updates on it. So please put up some pics so we can see it.

I like it okay. It's MASSIVE when you see it in person. The only thing I don't like is how it dominates the front of the skyline from the highway (I-70). It kind of hides the towers behind it.

It actually looks pretty nice in real life though. It's really more brick colored than that rendering shows.

Don't let the rendering fool you...once you see it in person it is much better. The light color tone of the brick in the rendering is way off. It's much darker than that. The stadium is basically a larger version of Conseco. I just hope they don't put that emblem right above the Lucas Oil sign.

It's really cool. What I like best about it is that it looks like a giant old fashioned gym with those windows and that red brick.

I like the new building, The defending SB champs Colts deserve a new building and now they got one. It will definitely hold more than 57 thousand people. And its similar to Conseco as well. also looks like America Airlines Center in Dallas too

yeah i agree. it is really a bigger version to conseco. quite funny. and i like the design. it really does fit indianapolis
