I thought I was looking at renderings at first...then I saw the cherry picker, and realized the unfinished work...In any case it looks freakishly, exactly like the renderings...and a total hipster place.

Great Job! philopdx capturing those photos, and thanks for all the updates!

nice reveal, looks just fine. Can't expect an entire new building.

Will fit in nice and should be a real asset to the area.

Also, mods, could we rename this thread to "Hotel Modera"?

agreed, this thing is coming out lovely.

Street interface still is lacking a bit, but without a major structural effort, it wasn't going to change much anyhow.

Landscaping is beautiful. Awesome rehab

Wow! I wasn't expecting too much from this project but 'Hotel Modera' is looking fantastic! This has definitely exceeded my expectation.

This property could have been demolished. The price of land in that area of town must be pretty high. It is nice that the owners/developers felt it was worth saving and doing a do-over! The architectural lines are so clean.

beautiful.

got a tour of the property from the manager over there yesterday...and i have to say, they did a beautiful job on the remodel. i can't believe it was ever a days inn...

it's definitely one of the nicer hotels in portland, now.

lots of great touches throughout.
