I took a tour of 2 of Downtown Kitchener's co-operative housing units in September, Bread & Roses and Victoria School Village. Both of these housing developments were good examples of adaptive reuse: Bread & Roses is in a century, heritage designated building that was a former button factory, and Victoria School Village was (of course by the name) a former school. Both have some quite interesting architecture.
