The Steepleview
This is a new Christian retirement home being built on the eastside of Upper Wellington between the Link and Stonechurch Road. This block has 2 or 3 retirement homes, the back of the Bob Kemp Hospice, 2 very large churches and a fire station. I believe the Beth Gospel Tabernacle Church next to this property is building it. They have already put 75 yards of sign fencing around the property and a sales building.
