I believe I read that here

Im not sure what they'd do with that site across Joseph, all the buildings are too small to do much with.
I think its for sale: http://www.icx.ca/propertyDetails.as...ertyId=8699390

Yeah, I think you are right. If I recall correctly, the Joseph street buildings & chimney were called "Site B" in the plan that I saw...just can't remember what (or if anything) they were planning to do with this site.

An update on things from yesterday:

The rebar is down and the stairs are ready to be poured

Upstairs windows are being installed.

Main floor windows as well, although I think they were done a while ago

Does anyone know what's happening with the outside colour? I cant imagine they'll keep the cream-ish look

Ya that seems a bit familliar, but can't remember specifics. I know they had talked about tearing it down for a parking lot. It mentions it in the article here, but Im not sure if they've changed their plans since then

Looking at the buildings, they're a bit too small to do anything with. Or maybe Im just not being creative?

Could probably build some sort of covered courtyard between the buildings to link them together, but on their own they're a bit restrictive.

The new stairs look quite good

Stone pathway does as well

They've started chipping away at some of the brick by the entrances. Hopefully this means we see new doors/windows real soon.

I had a chance to get a tour of the building, they've done such a good job with the interior with updating but still leaving a lot of the character.

If any of you get a chance to check it out, I'd strongly recommend it.
