Everything inside the exterior walls will be removed, the hole is just the begining.
Thats way there is such elborate bracing around the exterior. They will need to dig down yet to put in the foundation/ parking garage.
This is a great vantage point for sure. This is one hell of a difficult project, and its going to be slow at first because of the heritage buildings. Once the crane is there things will roll fast as there only going 9 floors and most of the exterior will be glass curtain wall.
