new york city: brooklyn cherry blossom festival 2012
the sakura matsuri or cherry blossom festival is held annually in the brooklyn botanic gardens. because of the warm weather, the cherry blossoms came and went before the festival this year, so not much hanami or flower viewing, but still it was a fun time as always -- enjoy!
