wow...that does look kinda cool. Of course if this was real it would never pass here because of NIMBY's and the Heritage Trust. I would love to see something made of glass and steel made when Cogswell is demolished though.

Nice! When I first saw it I was like WTF!
I like it, and would love to see something like that for the city.
I did always think the new casino should of had a vertical tower component.

It's cool because it looks like the sails of a schooner from a couple of angles.

Nice, too bad it's not a real proposal.
Reminds me a bit of an iceberg, that's good, but it might leak.

Jesus before I read it was fake I thought it was a Daniel Libeskind project.

Nice.

Hahah... ya... me too. Very ROM-esque

Not a big fan of that project BTW. I LOVE the outside... from a purely sculptural point of view... but the inside seems unfinished and cheap (paint and drywall... wow... and really messy miters on those metal panels) and... I don't know. Can't put my finger on it. But it doesn't wow me on the inside. The "spirit room" is cool... although I have a problem with the pretense of bridges going to nowhere. Pure decoration. The entire project actually is pretty arbitrary and pretentious... in the sense that it's not really an architectural idea. Of course ideas can come from anywhere and they are all potentially valid... but only if you really work them through and turn it into something more than just the idea of a crystal... or whatever. Still... I do love the outside. As an object... it's pretty cool. As a building... I'm not so sure.
