Ever wish there was more of a casual forum to discuss civic and urban issues? Want to feel more connected to what is happening here in Hamilton? Meet others who are passionate about making the city a better place to live while having a drink or two.
This month's event will kick off with the question: "What've you done for your city lately?"
(20% discount off food menu items for those participating).
I've been to most of these and it's always a good time. It's great to see so many people young and old take an interest in the city. Plus, any reason to visit Pepper Jacks at the start of patio season is a good one. Maybe some of the wrecking crew will show up and enlighten us.
Well, the start of patio season ended up being a bit nippy, but it was a good night with lots of conversation -- I wish I could've cloned myself to listen to everyone. Kudos, hmagazine.
