San Diego

All taken in two days in December, plus a couple that I dredged up from early 2006.

good mix of pix.....why do those homeless (supposedly) guys always have "God Bless You" on their signs? It's like they all go to the same school for making signs now.

Love the thread

Yeah San Diego does have some great alleys! This thread really shows the grittier real San Diego. Much of the housing is getting very funky and in need of replacement or complete overhaul in many sections of the city.

Ocean Beach really has some terrible housing. I liked that you picked Ocean Beach and Point Loma as the backdrop for many of your shots. And you also got some pics from Hillcrest where I have walked around countless times at all hours of the night! I was bored with no car there for many nights in 2007!

Thanks so much for sharing these and showing people that a good chunk of San Diegans live in shitty low quality housing.

Good to see other areas of San Diego that aren't shown as much. It has a Tampa feel to it with Los Angeles mixed in.

Good job!
