I was talking about 1650 Wewatta in Denver and The River in Calgary. It looks like they haven't actually started foundations on those yet. They're still only digging.

The River was indeed still digging at that point. Last time I was there they had just started foundation work. I'll try and snag some pics next time I'm by there.
