Ryan, the proportions are wrong. It needs to be taller. Also what scale is your drawing at?

Geez o wiz, why do you keep asking me what my scale is? MS PAINT does NOT have a scale... and it was hard to draw so give me a break.

the scale is all about how large you draw it. you see how big your drawing is? that is the full size. its scale is 2.204 pixels equals 1 meter. to submitt it you have to make it so the scale is 1 to 1, as in one pixel equals 1 meter. when you go from your full size drawing to the 1 pixel to 1 meter drawing, that is called resizing. resizing works best when your scale is a whole number, like 3 pixels to 1 meter, as opposed to your 2.204 pixels equal 1 meter.
you should also experiment with 1 pixel to 1 meter drawings, so no resizing is needed. people have had great results with 1:1. good luck!

My Tutorial

what you need to do in paint is zoom in all the way to 8x

then you use the smallest paint brush

you should start at the top and make a line. make sure you use the line tool that makes a straight line make it vertical.

while looking in the lower right hand corner there is a pixel meter.

th has 2 numbers seperated by an x make syre it reads
1x(the number of meters tall the building is)

for example a 253 meter building would read

1x253

then let go of the mouse

this is hou tall the diagram should be.

if you wish to make bigger drawings for the building

repete the process but substitute the number of meters tall the building is with a number 2 3 of 3 times bigger

so for a 100 meter building you could use

1x200
1x300
etc.

make sure you resize it properly to 1 pixel to 1 meter before submission

if you follow these steps you will be successful.

if you wish i can make a tutorial with pictures but i don't have time now. maybe sometime this week

rember the number 1 rule for drawing is have fun drawing

Ryan, before you make a building, Open a new MS Paint blank page and go to the Image menu and then click "attributes". In the "height" box, place the number of meters that the hieght of the building you want to draw is. Round it to the nearest whole number if it is a decimal. Then click "Ok." This is the drawing height you need.
