Eastern outer suburbs of Paris : Lognes Torcy

It is not that often the photo thread inside Paris suburbia.
Lognes and Torcy are two municpalities located in Marne la Vallee urban project.

If you want see nice old building try an other place, here the oldest buildings were build in the 1980's

Conforama is a big store chain that sells Furnitures and eletronics.

The conforama here is located inside this picture.

As long as there's a well-used commuter train line connecting it, I'm OK with this, and I feel Parisians should have options as well. At least it's not thousands of acres of single family homes!

Not surprised by the McDonald's signage. Last time I was in Paris, in 1976, my map pointed out a surprising number of McDonald's all over central Paris, which really shocked me back then, but I've subsequently learned many Parisians would never admit to it, but they love McDonald's. So do I!
