Also, the building looks great in the front (and back), but it looks ugly from the sides.

the front elevation is excellent !!
the sides...
I think need to wait for the project is completed !
it may be something different from rendering

I went to Brown Sugar the other day and walked by this building. I dont understand why it is built so far back from the street. Are they planning on doing a really nice court yard?

Not sure, but client wants to put a Art museum on the ground level.
