Now the adjacent malls are going to look shorter than ever. Should have been a much more integrated property rather than solely used for retail.

Because when they were built, they were limited by height limtation under urban development plan in that time, which was 45m.

I meant the cranes sticking into the sky in the wide shot at the end of my post, that point out this building. You can barely see them. Sorry to confuse you.
