I think it's only 470 ft.

Extell decided to save some of the air rights for a second upcoming project on the block.

While the pictures are great, they just cannot do it justice. In person, even only half way completed, it is stunning!!! The way that the facets on the facade change as you move around it just blows your mind!! By far the most fitting and graceful design for it's intended occupants I have ever seen. It is a shame that this is not larger and stand out in the skyline. But it certainly will be a hidden "Gem" (pun intended) right in the heart of NY.

Those rooftop air conditioner units in the recent photo by NYguy look awesome from that view!

Also, CarlosV really captured the diamond effect as the sunlight reflects in a shimmery display.

Cladding has about 3-4 floors to go. On a day like today with bright sunshine and blue skies, this is pretty easily one of my favorite buildings in the city.
