It's hard to keep track of all these WTC's going up in these Chinese cities, many of which I've never heard of. I just discovered this project today, can't say I'm crazy about the design though.

The spire looks like it has potential. I like the building and I could see it in many places around the world [Canary Wharf, East Coast US, blah blah blah]. Good for Wenzhou.
