According to pronouncenames.com Guerlain the French perfume and cosmetics company is pronounced:

gair-lan

I missed IGLOOFEST this year! I was all set, bought my 9-day Igloopass, then had to go to London for a family funeral the day after it began. I contracted the Norwalk virus after the funeral and couldn't return until the day after it ended!

This was cool. They built a 5-storey wall, filled it with a choir of 300 and an orchestra and projected images on the face.
