Center Pointe condo tower in downtown Greensboro, NC

http://www.centerpointegreensboro.com/

photo update: the exterior is pretty much complete. A restaurant and coffee shop will occupy the first floor and the developer of the building and his family will move in the top unit. The penthouse unit is two stories and will feature a two-story water fall inside.

Christmas morning shots.

a few center-city park shots

The Center Pointe tower use to be the Wachovia Building. The building was completely gutted and nothing was left but the steel frame.

Nice conversion of an office tower to condos.
I must say those decks dont look strong enough to support 3 people!

Carroll used Thursday’s talk to pitch some of Center Pointe’s features: valet parking, laundry service, cat-feeding and dog-walking services, grocery delivery, room service from the first-floor restaurant and a fitness center with personal trainers.

Carroll said the center will have a rock-climbing wall that operates on a conveyor belt for people who are afraid of heights."
