As per the Tarion warranty, the Outside Occupancy Date is the latest date that the Vendor agrees to provide occupancy and if it doesn't come to pass, then I can terminate my purchase within 30 days of this date.
So, what are my chances that I will be in my condo by November 26th of this year?
0%. If they have the building fully enclosed by that point I would be impressed.
It will probably be 2-3 months to get back up to grade. 1.5-2 weeks per floor above that (you don't get the high production on a shorter building) so roughly 12-16 weeks for the structure. That puts us roughly Mid July to Mid August. Occupancy would probably be 9 months from that point, best case scenario. I would expect spring 2013.
