Excuse me, but some of those "windsor" pics appear to be pics of Detroit, which last time I checked, wasn't in Ontario.

Excuse me, but exactly one of those Windsor pictures has much of Detroit in it at all, and a second one up Windsor's main drag has a few stateside in the background haze. That's a total of two photos, and I had to work at keeping it that low. If you were from here you know that looking from the SW or S or E it is impossible not to see buildings in Detroit.

In the one picture of the combined skylines, Windsor is every building to the right of the Ren Cen and at least a half dozen to the left. I suppose I could have carefully excised the Ontario side buildings from the ones behind them, but I'm not a general believer in censorship.
Again it is nearly impossible to get good shots of Windsor from any direction other than from the Detroit riverfront without some other bits showing up.

Korrect think would have me photoshop half of the horizon out of the picture in some sort of SFX just to please some twilight zone sensibility that the world ends at the Ontario border.

There's a good shot to be taken of downtown London from near Commissioners Rd and Wellington, if I remember, and a good shot looking west from an overpass on Highbury near Trafalgar Rd.

Indeed. Very nice pics, don't worry about the others...they're just ignorant.

Wow..Windsor is a lot bigger than i thought, and i'm not just saying that because of the 1 with Detroit in the background. Nice Photos!

Ottawa has really gained some density to the east of the Chateau Laurier since I was last there.

Belleville looks different too, for that matter. Nice.

I think I'd like to head up to London soon since there aren't any skyline shots on this thread from there yet. It looks pretty nice from the south at a couple of spots.
Maybe Sarnia too, but like Windsor and Niagara Falls the good skyline shots are from stateside. Chatham might look similar to Belleville from a west or NW angle.
