This is a pretty nice building. The colors and design look great and the location just makes it better!

I had no idea this was so close to the Pearl River Tower. It's weird watching these building U/C right next to a dirty, crumbly road. I thought the gov was building huge roads with massive sideawalks. It looks like a small dirty town instead of a world class city. Is it just very dirty because of all the construction or will they eventually replace the roads/sidewalks?

It's looking good! It might actually be a successful PoMo chinese building (many being plain crap). I love the color too, and the way it contrasts with all the glass towers around it. Can't wait to see the spire rise!

The design of the Pearl River Tower and the design of The Pinnacle appear to be poorly coordinated. No; in fact they appear to be not coordinated whatsoever. Unfortunate. So interesting individually, but taking no advantage of any synergy together. Opportunity lost.

The odd way they are cladding this is going to make it look much shorter than it actually will be. Like the Vegas towers that are designed to look much shorter.
