Exactly, and we can also get project specific photo updates into them. Further helping the construction thread stay sleeker and easier to keep up with for those of us that don't live on this site!
Latest I've heard was that the reciever contracted a company to do some work to just maintain the site while things on the legal side proceed, Pointe of View had supposedly been working to acquire the site but someone had mentioned that deal had fallen apart

Was talking with a friend who was the Super with Resiance. I gues Summa was awarded a $20k per month contract to monitor the site and pump water out of the hole until construction begins. Not too shabby. But yes POV purchased the site from the bank. I believe that they are in the planning stages as to how they will move forward.

Yep, noticed a POV banner up on the scaffolding today.
Honestly though, this is fantastic news. This project is in a really central location, so the psychological impact of this whole in the ground is big.
Good for Pointe of View. I really hope they succeed with this project. Really they're one of the only developers downtown building relatively affordable stuff, and their design sense seems to be improving as evidenced by the pleasant surprise that is Riverfront Pointe.
