It looks very similar to the middle and upper middle class sections of Albany.

Wow, a residential development with distinctive individual homes and plenty of yard space. Hmmm, maybe a modern developer might try that someday.

I know Niagara Falls has had problems for a while now, but that is one solid looking neighborhood. Nice variety of houses and well kept too. It's areas like this that make me believe all is not lost in Upstate. Thanks for the tour Matt.

There are a few nice neighborhoods in Niagara Falls. DeVeaux is the best. There are some nice houses in LaSalle, but LaSalle doesn't have quite the "cultured" look of DeVeaux.

thanks for the pics.

xzmattzx, next time you're in the Falls, go have some Italian food on Pine Ave. at Michael's or the Como or pizza at La Hacienda

I'll have to do that some time. Is that area part of a Little Italy neighborhood, or is that part of another neighborhood? Is there even a Little Italy in Niagara Falls? I've heard of one once, but that's about it, so maybe it was just some businesses promoting themselves.
