New retail in Hintonburg/Wellington West...
What would work in this area? I mean, no offense to South Keys, or Blair/Ogilvie, or Merivale, but the Northern portion of the city doesn't have any easily accessable retail that isn't like an independent boutique, and there also isn't really anything in terms of a full-size movie theatre, or fast food outlets.
I'd like to see another Grocery Store in the Bayview/Scott Street area, as well as a movie house (like the Collesium by Carling/Bayshore), maybe some fast food outlets (Quizno's, Arby's, Burger King, Subway). And then, some retail, like HMV, the Source, Ricki's (wife's short list), Sportcheck, etc etc.
Anyone agree?
