Manhattan Beach 6am, this is about a mile east of where I work. I was still at work at that time, you should have give me a hollar. I would have let you sleep in my car for the night. (lol).

I was afraid of skateboarding in la. I have a regular board, and not a long one, so i thought I'd get hassled for it.

Longboards are fun. I used to ride downhill back in the day with no helmet knee/elbow pads. We'd get up to 25 - 30 mph...crazy looking back on it, I'd never do it again...one rock, and you're done!!

thanks for all the comments!

i've been in LA countless times, but this time around, i really got a feel for the city. i didn't feel like a tourist or a resident - a bum really haha! it was definitely worth it! LA really has the best & worst of north american culture (most cities do, just not to that extreme). it's def. a unique city i hope to live in one day.

JDRCrash, why were you pulling your hairs out? Smog?
