I was about a 1/4 of the way through creating thread 3, and editing all the projects on the first page, but I figured what's the point. When I created thread 2 it just got deleted.

ViperLord, please create thread 3.

Going down the list it looks like that most of them are built or being built. Our development takes forever with planning, but at least they get built sooner or later. Some never happen like WTCU tower and Salt City Plaza.

Lets hope part three we can talk about the construction of UPAC with tower and the SP 1000+ hotel.
