Halifax airport to Shearwater

What is the best way to get to Shearwater from Halifax airport on a Sunday.
Also what would the cost be by cab?

For directions I'd say;

- Bell Rd to Hwy 102 inbound
- Take Hwy 118 at Miller Lake (stay in left lane)
- Take Exit 4 (Eastern Passage/Eastern Shore via Hwy 111)
- Stay on the left two lanes of the highway until the stoplight at the end.
- Take a left onto Pleasant St (Hwy 322 South-bound).
- Shearwater is just a few hundred metres down the road on the left.

That should get you there in about twenty to twenty-five minutes maximum I believe.

As for expense by taxi the airport has $53.00 listed for getting to Downtown Halifax so because of shorter travel time I'd say a little bit less.

EDIT: Just for fun I used a taxi estimater and it said $66.86 but $8.54 is traffic which would be nothing on a Sunday.

Airport taxis charge a flat rate, so it will be the same I expect. When I've had to bookk a cab to the city from the airport and vice versa, I've noticed they dont even have meters.

Taxi or shuttle

Thanks for the directions as I may need them at a later date, Sorry I was not too specific.
As I am from out of province and won't have my car with me. I wanted a rough cost of taxi so I don't get the Shearwater via Truro $$$$$ ride. The directions will help haha gotcha
Thanks so much I am looking at mid morningSunday so traffic should not be an issue.
