In the Portland panorama, I think that's Mt. St. Helens to the north (the rounded, snow capped peak). That's definitely Mt. Hood to the east.

There's another peak showing up behind the mountain range. I guess it's Mount Rainier? Portland and Seattle have to be the prettiest settings for a city in the US. I guess Honolulu would qualify, too, but the views in those two West Coast cities are just spectacular.

Kevin, do you mean the one that barely shows up in the distance to the right of St. Helen's? That may be Mt. Adams. I'm only going by what I'm seeing on Google Earth, though. Maybe some Portland forumers will help on this.

This interactive 360 panorama site is so amazing that I had to pass it along from a post on SSC (many thanks to the original poster)..... It features some of the most stunning sites in the world and incredible city panoramas (NYC, Hong Kong, Rio, SF, Dubai and many more. The interactive cursor makes you feel like you're flying. Enjoy.

Wien

Note: several new towers are missing (TownTown, Donaucity Tower 1 etc.).

For New York see "NY skyline panorama".
