Here's the parking lot it will be replacing courtesty "photopia" on flickr. You can see the "Prime Retail Space for Lease sign". This is just a few hundred feet north of the still-new Toronto Life Square (360,000 square feet of retail in a 500,000 square foot building).

The building has sold well from what we have heard, but given the economy the way it is, financing is still going to be difficult. There are reports it will begin soon, but most times these dates keep getting pushed back. We'll see what happens come August.

Nice! Well...this, along with the "L" if it is indeed moving forward, will help sustain Toronto's massive skyscraper/density buildup that we've been seeing the past decade or so...even after Ritz, Trump , Four Seasons etc. are complete

Not only that, but this needs to be moved to "Construction". Lots of activity. From yesterday: http://www.flickr.com/photos/ethervizion/4266937415/

Can someone please change the name to Aura? It's been mentioned a few times already. Thanks.
