cal, is that fritted glass on the balconies? Or is it just a second pane of clear glass? It's tough to tell from the photo.

Looks like fritted white glass to me. Same as on the Toronto International Film Festival Tower.

Agreed, it does look like fritted glass. This should look pretty nice, and really make it earn that "Ice" name.

Looks like that one is already at 25 floors...both towers are really picking up speed now, as are the other projects around them.

we are at 28. somehow I doubt the 40 number though. wouldn't be surprised if we hit 30!
