Here ya go, the official teaser for the CITI3 Observation Tower. I got so disappointed with the PAGCOR Tower delays that I made this tower taller than it. It tops out at 629.96 or 630 M. Will finish the minor details. Its exact location fronts both the Torreverde and the Trident that's why they're in the ad. They're like Filipino version of the Shanghai WFC, Jin Mao and Shanghai Tower trio. Haha...

Looks like the Guangzhou Twin Tower West was placed in Pudong, and the HK Financial Center next to it.

Looks great though!

Here's a teaser ad for my grand master plan for the last 4 towers I designed, a business complex called CitiOne comprising Torreverde, Trident, The CITI3 which is nearing completion, and my latest tower, The Escada Hotel. Will post more teasers, but for the mean time, here's a fast ad.

Comments and Suggestions are welcome!

Here's an article I found in the newspaper about the Escada ( lol )

SWEDISH HOTELIER OPENS SHOP IN BONIFACIO GLOBAL CITY
Manila Informer, 08/20/09

Swedish Hotelier Escada Hotel International unveils plans to build a 330 meter hotel tower in Bonifacio Global City, as part of the CitiOne Business Complex. The latest offering from Escada is its tallest hotel from among its 30 branches around the globe. What pushed the hotelier to build its grandest hotel yet in Philippine soil is the country's potential as an investor, business and tourist attraction.

The Escade Hotel Group believes that the time is ripe to invest in the country whose economy was not heavily burdened by the global recession. Amelie Gustavson, Escada Asia CEO believes that, " the Philippines is an undiscovered jewel in fields of tourism and business. With the establishment of our grandest and most expensive branch yet, we hope not only to cater and offer hospitality to the present investors and tourists, but also as to attract more tourists and investors in the area. World-class hospitality is what Escada offers and thats what ever tourist and businessman who goes on a trip out of the country needs."

The hotel rises 70 stories, the country's fourth tallest after the newly completed Trident, Torreverde, and the CITI3,, which is still under construction. PTRCKDSIGN, one of the country's renowned architectural firms, had the winning design, picked from an international competition organized by the hotel developers. Unseen innovations in hotel design is also present, like the Escada's suspended lobby, and the overall structure's green design, with lots of curves to harmonize with wind currents, and a green facade which retracts heat to minimize AC strength. When asked when the structure would commence building, Gustavson said,"as soon as possible. Luxury can't wait."

Filipinos wait with bated breath as the Escada rises, whose competition, the Shangrila @ The Fort, has already started construction.

Here's an ad from the newspaper as well ( double lol )

Enjoy!

hmm... I did plan on making one, but maybe I'll postpone it first. I'm finishing the small city I'm building right now... maybe afterwards, i'll work on an airport... thanks for the suggestion!
