Hamilton Junction Rail to Grade Separation

I know quite a lot of money was annouced for this project in March but I havent heard any news since than about this actually happening. GO Transit doesnt mention anything about this project on their Environmental Assessment (EA) page so I assume the EA hasnt begun yet. Does anyone know what the timeline for this project is?
