Thank you. It looks like there will be a meaningful step-up between the two.

great pics Thanks!

I notice that the tarp on 789 drake seems to be coming down. It will be nice to see how that turned out, it was always so ugly before.

To add to the photos above:

I took more but they're basically the same as above.

I am afraid that these lower units so close to the intersection will be soot filled in no time from all the truck and car exhaust...mmmmmmmmmmm I love the smell of diesel in the morning.

Yeah, it's gonna be brutal. But I guess no moreso than the other buildings in and around the bridge exits.

Great pics entheosfog and Locked in!

Yeah that podium is massive. It is jarring driving out of the 501 parking garage into the ally, the whole site is quite in your face.

Thanks for the photos, entheosfog. It's looking great, with a lot of presence beside the off-ramp from the Granville Street Bridge.

Glazing is being installed now. Here's some pix from the alley and Pacific side.

cant say I like the glass/spandrel mainly because its boring and generic. Its basically identical to cosmo. clear glass, seafoam green colour spandrel, and painted concrete, wow how daring and edgy, UGH!

Exactly what I was thinking. The colours in the renders seem much darker and contrast better. How come every development ends up being washed out with muted colours compared to what was originally proposed? I'm so sick of beige in this city.

Agreed - the spandrels and mullions look typical (lousy)
