Space # 103 will be Gymboree. It's a childrens clothing store.

Space 225 will be Bauers Fashion Eyewear @ City Creek.
These guys were a little bit more difficult to find information on. They have 3 locations in the Fashion Outlet Mall of Las Vegas. They are based in Northern Virginia.

Saw the Countdown clock an hour ago and it was in the last hours of day 100.

Clock was moved from north end of Richards Street. It took me a while to realize I hadn't seen it for months and then it recently reappeared at the north end of Regent Street.

Riding TRAX on my way home last night, I saw that they are putting in some metal seagulls along the walkway just to the east of the Promontory. They are pretty big and silver colored.

I'll be there. Hope to see some others from the forum. 100% of the money goes to charity. When I got my tickets, it linked me directly to Hogle Zoo's website to purchase the tickets. Should be lots of fun.

I'd do it if this is for sure legitimate (if all the stores were open to explore).

I was out and about around City Creek this afternoon and I noticed a few things. The first thing is that Kirton & McConkie have started moving into their offices in the office building at 60 E. South Temple. I also noticed while walking on West Temple adjacent to Nordstorm that there are mirrors on the exterior walls but the mirrors surround display windows that have clear glass. Last time I was there it wasn't clear because it was all covered up. Also I'm not sure if it has been stated earlier but a building permit for a Steve Madden store was taken out today.

I'm definitely going to that "party" I know that some money, will go to ballet west. Maybe that helps get their project next to Capitol theater going.

I really need to stop only getting on every 10-12 weeks or so. It took my entire morning to catch up.

I have a picture of the Macy's blade sign on Main, that I will upload at some point, it's only from my phone though. So happy to see blade signs returning to Main St.

So, I know sometimes I'll ask about where prices are right now at CCC. Obviously, City Creek Landing is easy to find. However, I cannot find the asking prices for any of the condos. I'm sure they're out of my price range, but I kind of want to set some financial goals down the road. Yes, I know the prices fluctuate, especially right now, but I would love to know where to go to look. Do you just have to call them up, or are the prices posted somewhere online? Thanks!

I sent an email a year ago in November 2010:

I was just looking at the site for the Regent and was wondering if you could give me the base price on a couple of units.

Level 16

01--2 Bed 2 Bath
04--1 Bed 1.5 Bath Den
08 1 Bed 1 Bath

Do you also have an estimate of what the HOA fees would be and what the HOA will cover.

Here was the reply:

Thanks for your interest in the City Creek Living Community….Here are the prices:

1601 - $615,000 1604 - $535,000 1608 - $405,000

1501 - $538,000 1504 - $526,000 1408 - $375,000

We don’t have the numbers for The Regent, yet, but Richard’s Court is about 27 cents a square foot.

The dues include water, sewage, maintenance of the building, pool and common areas, community center, landscaping, storage, parking, cleaning, window washing, high speed internet.
