Cool list, thanks!

If i may make one comment : if you're going to consider Mississauga as a separate city (and not part of greater Toronto) then Longueuil and its 25-storey Blu Rivage project should be distinct from Montreal.

Could you add Blu Rivage to the list?

Thanks

What i like about this style of listing is it allows all areas of the country to participate.

Finally a list that Ottawa can be on... We couldn't make 'ten tallest u/c,' 'tallest u/c #11-30', 'Top 15 proposals' or 'The Great Canadian Skyline thread for cities 500,000 and under'

Whistler was really angry when he made the top ten lists in the main thread..

(.ie top ten tallest, top ten proposals, top ten whatever)

He felt he was being harrassed by certain members here and that was his chance to stick it.. but I kinda like them(those threads) in the fact they let people outside the country see how we stack up against their tallest building proposals in a pretty concise way.

How tall would you say the Blu Rivage will be? 75-80m range?

Lol. I remember last year there was another thread that I tried really hard to get Ottawa on but it just didn't work ...

That's actually why I created this thread. I like the current threads and all but they are Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto dominated and well how often do you see photos of Saskatoon or Moncton in the Canada section?

North Bay's current tallest U/C is a 5 story apartment building.

Nice, how many meters is it?

Also I know that the Georgia in Vancouver is 48 floors. And also, If we are allowed to add suburbs, Burnaby's tallest u/c currently is Metrotower 3 at 109 meters.

I still can't see how a 28 storey tower will be taller than Manulife at 36 storeys. ?
Are the antenna that massive ?

In Victoria, the Falls is now complete. The tallest U-C is the Atrium office building at 6 floors. Across the street from it is a 14 storey condo which is starting excavation soon.

I noticed a correction needed - for St. John's NL, this is the tallest u/c, called 50 Tiffany Court, 9 stories, 30.3m (not the Fort William Station Condos as posted above).

I believe it has to do with the floor to ceiling height being 14' Instead of

11'....something like that.
