What expert design reviews are just an afterthought in the city of Ottawa? One would have never have known it by looking around.

Kudos to the architects for walking. With the bland stuff that gets thrown up in our core and the way that design guidelines are turfed out whenever a developer waves their magic money wand, I wouldn't want to be associated with it either.

Will it make a difference, do you think? Hume says he's going to beg them to come back.
