The newest tower is rising very rapidly, comparing the latest and previous photos (looks like 7 stories in the previous pictures and 20-21 now, so almost three floors per week!). The East River skyline is going to be rather formidable within 5 years or so, as this development should be finished while Hunter's Point & the myriad of projects in Williamsburg get going. It won't have great height, but the continuity of 300-400' towers should be rather impressive.

The newest tower is definitely the nicest of the bunch. Its nice to see quality improving over there.

It does, actually. Here's the site plan. School is Blue. The school is the part of the rendering that is ghosted out.



Here's the pic of the school rendering I promised before:



This fills in the shaded area "below" (but really around) the blue tower in the rendering posted above.
