The bank also is looking at other properties as it seeks to consolidate some of its downtown operations, said one of the people, who asked not to be named because the talks are private.

and i love this tower i think that both the mass and height are great it fills a hole in lower manhattan nicely and has created an ever greater canyon around the WTC,simply great
I would not quite say boring though downtowns skyline has become fairly bland and unintresting after the introduction of the chase manhattan bank tower, one new york plaza etc. Midtown and central park still look good though
