Info on Manchester Area

Does anybody have any information on the Manchester area.

Why is an area with so much potential (close to transit and so close to downtown) being wasted. Does anyone have any idea what's happening as far as the ARP? It seems like the last efforts in the area ended in 2003.

The Manchester Area Redevelopment Plan is below and pretty much sums up some of the issues:

From large areas of auto-orientated lots, to mix of industrial adjacent to residential and commercial uses to noise...

I think if you were to try the equivalent zoning in SimCity you'd get the same results.
