It will only be the 2nd 500+ footer (152m) after Minto on Eglinton. X2 is also currently under construction but L is further along.

On the bright side, it's already quite the sight and it's still got another 2 years of work to go. We have the added bonus of One Bloor being about a year behind this one. So when this one's topping out, One Bloor will be half done. We'll have something big to pre-occupy ourselves with for the next few years at least.

Shangri-la's podium doesn't do it for me. It's far too short and has far too much going on. Aura is awful so far.
